Our birds are our immediate priority. We will not in anyway risk the health of our birds for a dove release, therefore we have guidelines which we will always adhere to.
Our birds will not be released in bad weather conditions which may risk their flight home. If a release has to be cancelled to due bad weather conditions a full refund will be made without hesitation.
Our birds will not be released to close to dusk as we insist our birds have time to reach home safely before sunset.
Our doves are not actually doves, but a pure white homing pigeon. It is not recommended that doves are released as they do not have the homing insinct that is required for them to make a safe journey home.
We are a small family run business which established in 2007. My father has kept his birds for several years and takes great care to keep them happy and healthy. As the birds are familiar and comfortably handled by Mr Sellick, he will always attend a release to ensure it goes as smoothly as possible for both you and the birds. We will never arrange for birds to be sent for self-release.
